No home internet

After battling time warner cable for 8 months to fix the crappy unreliable connection i told them i would not pay the bill until it was fixed. TWC guy on phone said you could try that. .. So i did… And they turned off my cable altogether. … I’ll have to try another way umm after i pay the bill and have it turned back on… Some time this week…

And if people can’t trust

Obama said. “And if people can’t trust not only the executive branch but also don’t trust Congress and don’t trust federal judges to make sure that we’re abiding by the Constitution,

IF? IF? what the hell BHO don’t you know WE the PEOPLE DON’T TRUST the government? don’t you know that’s what the Constitution is there for, because, government CAN’T be trusted with the freedoms of the people. Government can only take freedom if it wants to grow, and the bigger it gets the more WE lose. BHO, your whole admin is the class study of why WE can’t trust the government, from day 1 you were not “abiding by the Constitution”.

You expect us to think that a ” federal judge” can keep your admin in line when you your self have ignored and dismissed Judges orders.
Do you really think WE believe that you or your admin have EVER followed the Constitution? YOU, BHO have said that WE can’t make YouTube videos in an effort to express our free speech, if fact you put that guy in jail. Your IRS said through actions that WE don’t have a right to protest OUR government when it IS doing Unconstitutional things like: “implement Obama’s extraordinarily expensive, deeply unpopular health care law”. A law that by all rights should not be, maybe your IRS OR NSA really does have some hold over Federal Judges. *Cough*Roberts*Cough* So you see BHO We can’t trust that a judge can hold you inline.

You and your democrat friends in Congress have said that WE don’t have a right to carry or own guns. In trying to pass laws that take away our rights to Self Defense you and congress are not abiding by the Constitution. We clearly can’t trust Congress to protect Our rights ether.

What is left to trust, certainly not any government  body, office, official, program, branch or you, BHO!

Annoy A Cop

In New York it may soon be an illegal, jail able,  felony offense to annoy a cop. OK, so what is annoying: <their constant complaining annoys us>… sure that would “annoy ” a cop but should you go to jail for that? If you spend some time on YouTube you can find thousands of videos of asses trying to annoy cops with stupid stunts to get some point across and while we all find that annoying it’s anything but illegal. Those of us that pay attention have seen the fight over OUR right to film cops and other government officials while “on duty” ,  and yes, they tried to fight back with “wire tapping laws” but even the most insane courts found that we have a right to film. I’m sure under this new law, that if passed will spread like a wild fire to other states, cops will find that being filmed is very irksome.

Bothering a Cop can be really easy again see YouTube not all the videos are asses most are good people pulling out a cell phone to catch a cop abusing power and squishing rights. You’ll see cops grabbing phones with out warrants, arresting  or detaining people for no real reason other than the cop is “annoyed” at being filmed doing something wrong.

Excuse me officer will you stop beating that man you have cuffed on the ground? Hay! you can’t just walk in to my house and take my kid!  Will you stop harassing me and go catch some real criminals like drug dealing rapist murders?

All these questions and more, in fact any question, put to a cop could get YOU jailed for up to four years under this law, if the cop you’re asking finds them annoying. If this is the case then it IS the END of FREE SPEECH.

BHO SUPER SPY

Members of Congress seam to OK with this as long as it’s not their phones or emails or.. well everything in their LIFE! but hay it’s cool to do that to EVERYONE ELSE! right??

“This is nothing new. This has been going on for seven years…every member of the United States Senate has been advised of this,” Chambliss said.

Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday refused to answer whether the federal government has monitored phones belonging to members of Congress.

Holder was asked to provide assurances that no phones inside the Capitol or belonging to lawmakers were monitored, one day after the bombshell revelation that the government secretly collected the phone records of millions of Verizon customers inside the U.S.

 

The idea that Americans would sacrifice liberty for safety is a “canard,” Napolitano chimed in. He said “this is the most extraordinarily broad search warrant ever issued in the history of the federal courts of the United States.”

“Under this logic, the government could send people to all of our homes, put them in a bed next to us, have them watch everything. Under this logic, they can do anything!” Smith added.

The Fourth Amendment and plain sight

In the state of Texas it is illegal to drive without a seat belt, Texas recently updated the Law giving an officer the right or the power to pull you over specifically because they saw you not wearing a seat belt or even in fact wearing a seat belt incorrectly that is underneath your army and not over your shoulder. Now what the cops are doing is standing at a red light specifically here on the south side of San Antonio at the corner of Military and Flores Street and they are walking between Stopped cars at a red light looking into your windows for the “express intent” of spotting violations specifically seat belts but others as well.

That is a violation of the Fourth Amendment, a cop can no more walk up to a window of your house and look in for the “express intent” of spotting violations than they can your car. The government will argue the “Plain Sight” rule, but that only applies if during the normal course of a legal search or while in police custody and ONLY if “unconcealed”.

{Plain sight rule is a principle of criminal law that permits a police officer to seize without warrant and use as evidence any item seen in plain view from a lawful position or during a legal search when the officer has probable cause to believe that the item is evidence of a crime.The “plain sight” rule recognizes that no citizen has a reasonable expectation of privacy with respect to unconcealed items within a vehicle in police custody.[State v. Gowans, 500 P.2d 641 (Ariz. Ct. App. 1972)])

If your driving passed a cop and they happen too see you not wearing a seat belt they can pull you over. They CAN NOT walk up to your car and peer in to YOUR window with the “express intent” to find violations. To do so constitutes a search and they need a WARRANT for that.

BHO says it’s Art

I was arguing with a friend of mine about President Obama during his first term when it hit me, in his mind the President could do no wrong. After a while I came up with  a theory about the mindset of your average Obama voters and those  that blindly support him. This theory your seeing play out amongst his supporters in the media like Juan Williams on O’Reilly last night Chris Matthews on msnbc on anynight.

President Obama could walk into their house and take a massive shit on their coffee table or favorite rug and tell them that it was art and not only would his supporters believe it but they would applaud him for his brilliance.

Welcome To TheBonfireMedia

I’m Jon Senter ex-heavy equipment operator, maintenances, fuel lube, everything man. After I got hurt in 2000 i started playing around with websites, it turns out i wasn’t have bad at it. My little business, making and managing sites for non-profits, went to crap after the election of BHO and the Dem takeover… A boy hood dream of mine was to be in TV or Radio News, but with my dyslexia it really was just a pipe dream.

Well here to Dreams Come True…

I promise to bring you the truth as it is where ever i find it, with logic, facts and humor as my sword & shield I will go forth and do battle with the progressive agenda of big government and little freedom.

I believe with my whole being that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

This means we are all equal as individuals to live and let live as we see fit. The only obstacles that we have before us are put there by ourselves and our government. Get the government out of the people’s way and let us grow.

Texas drug test for public money bill

Texas is trying to pass a bill to drug test welfare, some are saying this is a bad bill personally I don’t think this bill goes far enough instead of just testing for illegal drugs like marijuana or cocaine I think we should test for alcohol. Why should we work hard to fund somebody else’s drugs and alcohol. I also think they should take into account lots of gold jewelry expensive fingernails hairstyles and clothing the type of car you’re driving and a whole host of other things. Why should people work hard I’m going to have the government take their money away to give it to people that aren’t working hard that are wasting that are not life sustaining. If you need public tax money if you need the public to find your life then the public should only fun those things sustain your existence.
